Dave Parkins ~ President
Sgt. D.L.Parkins is a 25 year employee of the Ocala Police Department and is currently serving as a Community Policing supervisor in the West District. He also served for 5 years with the Tiffin Police Department in Tiffin, Ohio prior to moving to Ocala. During his career with the Ocala Police Department he has served in Patrol in the capacity of a Police Officer, Field Evidence Officer, Certified Trainer in Driving, Firearms, Stinger Spike Systems and Juvenile Sex Offender and Domestic Violence. In addition to the Community Policing Division, Sgt. Parkins served in the Criminal Investigative Division as a Property and Persons Crimes Investigator (Burglary, Robbery, and Homicide), Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Investigator. He also served as an Internal Affairs Investigator, and the Departmental Training supervisor as well as a departmental Hostage Negotiator.

Gary Ernest ~ 1st Vice President

Greg Stewart ~2nd Vice President
Greg Stewart is a 32 year employee of the Ocala Police Department and is currently serving as a Watch Commander in the Community Policing Bureau. He is a graduate of Central Florida Community College and the University of Central Florida. He is a Life member of the Florida Division of the International Association for Identification and has published several articles on various aspects of forensic science. He has served the Department as a SWAT Team member, Field Training officer, Technical Services Supervisor and is an expert in Blood Stain Pattern Interpretation and Facial Reconstructions on the skull for identification. Greg has served as an Adjunct Instructor for twelve years and a guest lecturer in the field of forensic science for over twenty- five years. |

Angie Scroble ~ Secretary angie.scroble@mcpsat.org
Sgt. Angie Scroble has been with the Ocala Police Departemnt since 09/11/94. She has worked in Patrol, School Resource, DARE, Mounted Patrol, Public Information Office,Investigations - Property Investigations; Economic Crimes Unit; Sex Crimes Investigations & Crimes Against Children. Received Officer of the Year Award for 2006 from the Elks Lodge #286. Promoted to Sergeant in June of 2007 and worked in Patrol until April of 2008 when transferred back to the position of PIO where currently serving.
Serve in various community organizations and am on the School Board and PTO Board at Blessed Trinity School. Married with one daughter.

Brian Stoothoff ~ Treasurer
Brian Stoothoff is a Battalion Chief with Ocala Fire Rescue. He is a twenty six year veteran, and sits on the board of several local organizations. He has been active with the Marion County Public Assistance Trust since it's inception. He was the United Way chairperson for the city of Ocala in 2008. Chief Stoothoff has college degrees in Business Administration, Fire Science and Emergency Medical Services. |
